3 days sleep 4 hours. For music, Why you tired?

We went the east side of Hong Kong, there have large and widely recover place. We with our band assistant toki in the van. I look out from window that many litter light from resident over the black sea. We play a song in studio 3 in tvb that audience in the ground is not our audience, Waiting and Waiting, play Butterfly effects twice and have a very Hong Kong style interview, we back to home and sleep 2 hours and then back work.



Next day, we have a gig in central with our best friend Anidsignal and kissing on the dance floor, Tired to died, Lung, Eric and Sam not have any enrgry in the stage.

We spent the last week of June mixing, doing interviews and giggging.

Forget about the TVB interview, for I don't feel anything about it.

The show at Fringe Club ('fringe' looks like 'fridge')was remarkable. Small audience, big response. And a guy from Hummingbird Records approached me and praised us. Angus. He's Angus, in case I forget his name (while he mine)

The conversation went on and mentioned about the opportunity of cooperation.

The owner of our room is SUCK. He told us to raise up our rent in 30 % because the Inflation通貨澎脹.

Opening Ceremony in New Group

When I step into new group studio after my fucking work I feel a lot emotional. Almost one month fix up(just HIM one person), We all wonder, the studio is very beautiful and professional. I fell the passion and sweat in their, even the nail, wood floor, light, screw and toilet. So many 'group's mate' join together again. Laugh, drank, play loud music, smoke......including Fat Kin performance.....him is a legend guy, innisfallen hope Him have a new life in his new group. Also Happy birthday to Him.

Our debut album finish the vocal past last night, New Group Studio's first time gave to me already, One of our 'hit' song 'The last cold front' have some classic Choir. Need so many people sing the back vocal. Eric and me felt a lot touching when the music mix up those voice. Thanks for all of you make it.

Memory/memories

since when you started remembering things?
did you remember who wiped your arse when you're 1?
we often said we see deja-vus. science has told us sometimes we create memories.

something having never happened appears in your head
and makes you utter your experience.
Or we have mere dreams, in fragments we can't recognise.
but our brains have a good habit of doing jigsaw puzzles
and put all fragments into one event, which has never been a real thing.

i'm not denying history. but we need to know who wrote it
what makes them authentic that we believe it happened?

as we say from our songs they are about our nostalgia/memories

Dr Sun Yat Sen museum

Today is my first day of my Four day holiday, nowhere to go,
just want to stay at home.
Suddenly a place come to my mind, it locates in mid level of Central,
Called Dr SunYat Sen museum, completed in 1914 as a HK heritage architectural.
Why I went there, one of the reason is when I worked in Salon Film.
A big government production is shooting there. i want to visit this place .
Also I like old building.When I stood in a very grand ballroom on the fisrt floor,
big idea came ---innisfallen should perform here.
when I take out the camera to record this place, one staff
with petty good suit/ uniform say'' you cannot take photo'' 'Why' I replied .She
felt so strange when I told her. '' I just want to shot you''. She said'' YOU CANNOT SEE ME IN PHOTO!!!
shortly, she dissappeared in the ballroom.

writing is delivering

if we bear the pain giving birth to our new selves through creating.

so here we are. 12 songs in two years.
the pain i mentioned, sam said it all.

frankly till this moment i'm still only someone who writes.
how to market our song, i do not know.
living like a dandy. cannot agree more.

what is that all for, to get thro' the tiredness every day from work
sticking our arses at the studio, smacking our fucking faces so we won't fall asleep?

we wanna bear some babies, the 10 babies we love.

when winter meet spring

We start our album since 2006 Dec. This is our DEBUT ALBUM. We put all the best effort into it. We take turns to record in holiday, after exhausting work, even sickleave. We enjoy and we realize that we need to treasure our youth.
